Administrative Coordinator

Join our dynamic team at Macquarie Bank Limited as a part-time Administrative Coordinator supporting our Commodity Markets and Finance division.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibilities will include:
- Calendar Management: Efficiently managing the schedules of our executives.
- Expense Processing: Handling expense reports and invoices through Coupa.
- Travel Coordination: Organizing both domestic and international travel arrangements using Concur.
Additionally, you will collaborate with fellow Administrative Coordinators and executives across various internal teams, actively supporting the local office with:
- Supply deliveries
- Onsite badge and security management
- Daily lunch and snack orders
Moreover, you will have the opportunity to engage in various ad-hoc projects, including the organization of team events.
What You BringWe are looking for candidates who possess:
- A demonstrated ability to manage highly confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel is advantageous.
- Prior experience as an Administrative Coordinator or in office management is preferred.
