Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Ultimate Staffing. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Insurance Department by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely completion of daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide premier support to lenders, borrowers, agents, and other staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including commercial mortgage insurance and servicing system files, loan event tracking, and other relevant documentation.
  • Insurance Premium Disbursement: Disburse insurance premiums from applicable escrow accounts and determine the course of action in the event of insufficient funds.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Monitor and maintain various reports and dashboards, ensuring timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
  • Communication: Regularly communicate workload status and ensure the timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent business experience.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of office experience preferred, with experience in insurance, mortgage loans, or business/finance a plus.
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines; effective customer service skills; attention to detail and accuracy required.
Work Environment
  • Schedule: 8am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
  • Location: 100% onsite.
  • Pay: $23-$28/hour.
