Customer Service Representative

  • Position Type: Full-Time

National Benefit Life, a division of Primerica Life, is in search of a Customer Service Representative to enhance their customer support team. This position focuses on addressing customer inquiries while delivering professional and courteous service. The successful candidate will possess substantial experience in customer service and demonstrate exceptional communication abilities. Familiarity with life insurance processes is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone
  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism in customer interactions
  • Manage and reply to incoming correspondence
  • Facilitate the processing of duplicate policies and other administrative tasks
  • Handle changes of address and maintain updated records
  • Process new business applications and manage payment transactions

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time remote position.

Compensation:

Annual salary range of $36,000 - $39,000.
