Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and efficiently, using a positive and clear speaking voice to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, accurately inputting and retrieving information from our computer system.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions, promoting our brand and marketing programs.
  • Verify and imprint credit cards for authorization, handle cash and make change, and balance the house bank.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Hotel experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the front office, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our guests.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions.
