Job Summary

Crescent Services is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and promoting hotel services and facilities to maximize room occupancy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Greet guests, complete registration process, and ensure accurate and efficient processing of guest information.
  • Check-in and Check-out: Assist guests with check-in and check-out, including room assignment, key distribution, and settlement of guest accounts.
  • Guest Service: Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Upselling and Cross-selling: Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities, and maximize room occupancy.
  • Communication: Receive, input, retrieve, and relay messages to guests, and respond to guest inquiries and requests.
  • Problem Resolution: Field guest complaints, conduct research, and resolve and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful as a Front Desk Agent, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail. You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team and be able to adapt to changing situations.
