- Guest Service: Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, responding to their inquiries and requests in a timely and friendly manner.
- Upselling and Promotions: Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities, maximizing room occupancy and revenue.
- Problem Resolution: Field guest complaints, conduct research, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Communication: Receive, input, retrieve, and relay messages to guests, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
To be successful as a Front Desk Agent, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail. You will also need to be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
