We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Crescent Services. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience, and promoting hotel services and facilities to maximize room occupancy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Greet guests, complete registration process, and ensure accurate information is inputted into the computer system.
  • Check-in and Check-out: Assist guests with check-in and check-out, including processing payments, handling money, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Guest Service: Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of hotel information, including room categories, rates, packages, and promotions, and answer guest questions and inquiries.
  • Upselling and Cross-selling: Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities and to maximize room occupancy.
  • Problem Resolution: Respond to guest inquiries and requests, resolve issues in a timely and friendly manner, and field guest complaints, conduct research, and resolve and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction.
Requirements
