Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent/Bartender to join our team at Azul Hospitality. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests, handle guest inquiries, and provide information on hotel services and amenities.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle check-in and check-out procedures, and maintain accurate records.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions, maintain a cash bank, and make deposits and reports as required.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and communicate with other departments as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in basic computer skills.
