About the Role

Hospitality Health ER is seeking a skilled Hospitality Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors to our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Training
    • Mentor new staff and provide training, constructive feedback, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
    • Oversee the organization, planning, and prioritization of workflow within the Hospitality Department to ensure efficient and effective operations.
    • Plan daily tasks for the Hospitality Department, anticipating facility and patient needs to ensure timely completion and a high level of service.
    • Coordinate the inventory of items within the facility, including bulk orders and restocking supplies, to maintain a well-stocked and organized environment.
    • Document and use logs appropriately, such as the Van Usage Log and Credit Card Log, to track usage and ensure compliance with company policies.
    • Participate in marketing events throughout the community to promote our services and build relationships with potential patients.
  • Patient Care and Services
    • Prioritize patient needs throughout their stay, answering questions and concerns, resolving issues, and running errands as needed.
    • Engage with patients, visitors, and staff, providing a warm welcome and preparing and delivering refreshments to ensure a positive experience.
    • Adhere to the mission and goals of Hospitality Health ER, maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous.
    • Complete daily responsibilities upon arrival and prior to departure of shift, including cleaning, stocking, and organizing patient rooms and common areas.
    • Maintain patient rooms and common areas, turning and changing patient rooms, stocking supplies, and ensuring a clean and comfortable environment.
    • Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff, responding to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Requirements
    • Current driver's license with no restrictions.
    • Ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and physicians, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Flexibility to meet scheduling demands of the department, including on-call and coverage requirements.
    • Customer service experience, with a demonstrated ability to provide exceptional service in a high-volume, high-stress environment.
    • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude, with a passion for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
    • Proven experience in leadership, with a track record of success in mentoring and developing staff.
