Job Description

The Specialty Manufacturing Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day functionality and administration of our Sales department, navigating an ever-changing business environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Communication: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Sales Presentations and Proposals: Coordinate the creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to facilitate sales team lead generation.
  • Sales Reporting: Assist the sales team in setting monthly goals and report on progress to senior management.
  • Sales Record Keeping: Maintain organized sales records, client databases, and revenue tracking systems.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Monitor team performance and suggest improvements to ensure effective complaint resolution.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in a sales environment.
  • Skills: Solid organizational and analytical abilities, excellent written and oral communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong social skills, ability to interact effectively with employees, customers, and vendors.
