Position Summary

We are looking for a Healthcare Account Executive to become part of our Healthcare Practice, responsible for promoting the comprehensive range of Concord's services and solutions. This includes Digital Experience (Salesforce, Headless Commerce, UI/UX), Data and Analytics (Snowflake, Databricks, Martech Analytics), and Engineering and Application Services (Application Modernization, Greenfield Apps, Portal Development, etc.) tailored for Healthcare Provider organizations.

This position will concentrate on engaging with clients in the Healthcare sector, including Payers, Providers, and Medtech companies. The Account Executive will work closely with delivery and pre-sales teams to bolster all sales initiatives.

Our ideal candidate is focused on customer satisfaction, results-driven, and has a strong ambition to surpass expectations. This individual will demonstrate proactive and strategic thinking, effectively conveying our brand while possessing a deep understanding of client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize referral networks, channel partnerships, and proactive outreach to establish a strong sales pipeline within designated solution areas.
  • Collaborate with major accounts to deliver tailored product solutions, generate new business opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, nurturing strong and positive relationships.
  • Efficiently manage multiple projects while coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively seek and acquire new clients through diverse outreach methods.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach by aggressively pursuing new market opportunities and expanding territory.
  • Consistently meet both new and existing sales targets.
  • Employ a consultative sales strategy to provide customized solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in client management, new business development, and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven history of acquiring new healthcare provider clients and successfully closing deals for healthcare solutions and services.
  • Consistent achievement of sales quotas in complex sales environments using a solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong grasp of sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to excel in uncertain situations.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Extensive experience in delivering managed services solutions.
  • Results-focused, determined, and diligent.
  • Ability to thrive in a mid-sized company environment.

Additional Information

  • Preferred location: Minneapolis, MN. Willingness to travel to client sites and other locations is required.
  • Requirements: must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship.
  • Compensation: Base Salary + Variable Commissions
