Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the profit and loss of projects while achieving operational and service objectives.
- Deliver both remote and on-site project management and technical assistance for clients across the United States.
- Implement project/program life cycle methodologies to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
- Conduct effective meetings and manage customer expectations while fostering strong relationships with clients, branch and dealer personnel, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate all personnel and scheduling during project implementations, including branch, dealer, and subcontractor staff.
- Provide tailored technical and training information, along with customized documentation to meet the specific needs of each client and property.
- Collaborate closely with the software support department to identify and resolve software/hardware issues proactively.
- Maintain comprehensive client project files, including system documentation, as-built drawings, and supporting materials.
- Support team initiatives and assist colleagues as necessary.
- Exercise sound judgment in escalating issues appropriately.
- Foster a collaborative environment through effective communication with all project team members.

Help the team achieve results by:
- Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results; coaching, counseling, and managing team members; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
- Establishing strategic goals by gathering relevant information; identifying and assessing trends and options; defining objectives; selecting a course of action; and evaluating progress to ensure alignment with overall objectives.
- Collaborating with the Director, Field Team Process and Projects to set financial goals by forecasting, preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinating and managing all customer training related to projects.
