Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the Revenue team to ensure collective success.
- Assist the Executive VP of Wholesale Sales in crafting and executing effective sales strategies.
- Track and report essential performance metrics to enhance departmental outcomes.
- Prepare and finalize weekly reports to support business goals.
- Support the Sales Manager in organizing and overseeing ongoing sales training initiatives.
- Act as a consultant to the Wholesale Revenue team, addressing sales-related queries and challenges.
- Plan, communicate, and monitor structured outreach campaigns for Territory and Account Managers.
- Oversee customer relationship management tools and related programs.
- Assist the VP of Strategic Accounts in maintaining and managing key account relationships and projects.
Execution and Implementation:
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales processes that align with departmental objectives.
- Utilize available tools and resources to effectively train sales teams and implement sales strategies.
- Leverage technology to improve customer interactions and operational efficiencies.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Encourage teamwork within the Revenue team.
- Maintain regular communication with team members and leadership to collaboratively address challenges.
- Show receptiveness to feedback and suggestions from colleagues.
Brand Representation:
- Clearly articulate the advantages and features of Crystal D's offerings.
- Promote the Crystal D brand, ensuring consistent messaging and representation.
- Establish rapport with clients and influence key stakeholders to advocate for Crystal D products.
- Effectively understand and respond to customer needs and concerns.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Experience with CRM systems and relevant applications.
- Strong financial understanding and capability to generate spreadsheet reports.
Sales Expertise:
- Knowledge of target customer demographics and market competition.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales within the promotional products industry.
Knowledge Base:
- 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator or similar position.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and customer service best practices.
Work Expectations:
- Flexibility to work hours based on business needs, including occasional overtime.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and adapt to interruptions in workflow.
