About the Role

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide critical support to our operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Executing administrative tasks such as faxing, mailing, and filing of recall notifications.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer responses and contact information.
  • Interacting with external customers throughout the field action process.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: $42,000 - $52,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
