Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Paralegal Professional to join our team at Kennedy Services. As a key member of our legal operations, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Chief Legal Officer and other staff members.

About the Role: This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an individual with a strong background in law and excellent communication skills. You will be working closely with our legal team to ensure the smooth operation of our Office of Legal Counsel.

Key Duties:
  • Provide administrative support to the Chief Legal Officer and other staff members.
  • Manage the flow of work and information for the Office of Legal Counsel.
  • Coordinate, track, and manage the work of multiple attorneys and cases.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institute or equivalent relevant professional work experience required.
  • At least five years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a law office or other organization handling sensitive or confidential matters.
  • Knowledge of legal procedures and terminology.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
