About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Baltimore City Community College. As an Administrative Assistant III, you will play a vital role in supporting senior academic leaders and coordinating office services.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate office services, including purchasing, records control, and budget accounting operations
  • Interpret and communicate operating policies and procedures
  • Develop and prepare reports and documents
  • Attend committee/management meetings and take minutes
  • Provide customer-oriented quality service to students, faculty, staff, and guests
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have an Associate degree or equivalent and three years of experience in an Administrative Assistant role. You should also possess strong time-management skills, multitasking ability, and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Estimated Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 per annum.
