Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Office Administration Assistant [Intern] to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing meeting schedules, office inventory, and HR administrative activities.
- Greet and screen callers and visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or area.
- Answer general incoming calls, listen to voicemails, and follow up as needed.
- Manage company online faxing and handle admin mailings.
- Notify the Office Administrator of office purchases and work on assigned tasks together.
- Organize conference room assignments, oversee supply management, and deliver company equipment.
- Create, read, analyze, file, retrieve, and organize organizational documents, invoices, and orders.
- Facilitate employee email, laptop, and access.
- Support human resources department activities, including employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Monitor social media platforms and serve as key project support for small projects.
The successful candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (healthcare preferred).
- Proven work experience as an Office Assistant or Administrator.
- Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Responsive problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of basic office equipment.
- Organizational skills, self-motivation, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Reliable transportation required for 5 days a week at our office.
This role offers a competitive salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
