About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Office Administration Assistant [Intern] to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing meeting schedules, office inventory, and HR administrative activities.

  • Greet and screen callers and visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or area.
  • Answer general incoming calls, listen to voicemails, and follow up as needed.
  • Manage company online faxing and handle admin mailings.
  • Notify the Office Administrator of office purchases and work on assigned tasks together.
  • Organize conference room assignments, oversee supply management, and deliver company equipment.
  • Create, read, analyze, file, retrieve, and organize organizational documents, invoices, and orders.
  • Facilitate employee email, laptop, and access.
  • Support human resources department activities, including employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Monitor social media platforms and serve as key project support for small projects.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (healthcare preferred).
  • Proven work experience as an Office Assistant or Administrator.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Responsive problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment.
  • Organizational skills, self-motivation, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Reliable transportation required for 5 days a week at our office.
Benefits and Compensation

This role offers a competitive salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
