**About the Role**

SmithGroup is seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Manager to join our West region team, supporting our offices in the region.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement HR strategies for the region, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of HR services across the region, aligning with company objectives.
  • Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local statutory requirements, ensuring a safe and inclusive work environment.
  • Lead recruitment activities, building a diverse talent pipeline and fostering a culture of innovation and sustainable design solutions.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring legal compliance and promoting a positive work culture.
  • Stay updated on employment law practices and industry trends, applying knowledge to drive business results.
  • Contribute to HR projects that align with company objectives, driving business growth and success.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of HR management experience, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • PHR or SHRM Certified Professional preferred, demonstrating expertise in HR management.
  • Proven problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals, driving business results and growth.
