Job Summary:

The Interim Director of Human Resources will provide strategic leadership and guidance to the organization's human resources function, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives. As a key member of the Bileddo Associates team, this role will be responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives that drive business results and support the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the achievement of business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Team to establish and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Lead the development and execution of HR initiatives, including recruitment, retention, and employee engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field, preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years progressive Human Resources management experience in a managerial or director role in a healthcare or hospital organization.
  • OR Minimum of four (4) years progressive Human Resources management experience in a rural and/or Critical Access Hospital.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field.
