We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Human Resources function and drive business growth through strategic people management. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to build a high-performing team culture that fosters innovation, collaboration, and employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support business objectives and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes to attract, retain, and grow top talent.
  • Design and implement employee engagement and retention strategies to drive business outcomes.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees, management, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leaders on HR-related matters.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies that drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex HR issues and provide strategic guidance to senior leaders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
