Regional Sales Representative

At Alumaweld Inc, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong dealer relationships in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and retail customers
- Provide excellent customer service and support to dealers and customers
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities and develop sales forecasts
- Coordinate dealer agreements and ensure timely completion of sales orders
- Develop and maintain product knowledge to stay competitive in the market
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the National Sales Manager
- Industry knowledge and experience in the boat sales industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze market data and develop sales forecasts
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
