Job Title: Zone General Manager, Imaging Sales, Central Zone

Siemens Healthineers is seeking an experienced and visionary leader to drive business growth and success in the Central Zone. As Zone General Manager, Imaging Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business strategy to achieve market share and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a business strategy to drive market share and profitability in the Central Zone.
  • Lead a team of Regional Vice Presidents, Account Executives, and Service Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Collaborate with business lines and regional functions to achieve strategic goals and drive business growth.
  • Foster a high-performance culture by developing and coaching direct reports and the zone team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote growth in Siemens Healthineers solutions, including Population Health, Managed Equipment Services (MES), and Integrated Service Management contracts.
Requirements:
  • Executive-level experience in formulating business strategy and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record in leadership, targeting, and closing strategic accounts.
  • Deep understanding of industry macro trends and comprehensive knowledge of the market and customer landscape.
  • Expertise in Healthineers Imaging, Advanced Therapies, Ultrasound, and Services offerings.
  • Strong intra-organizational collaboration skills with exceptional influence and negotiation capabilities at senior levels.
