Sales Representative

Role: Sales Rep
Reports to: General Manager
Role Type: Full Time Hybrid Remote 7:30am4:30pm EST.
MISSION: To Lead the charge for Cypress to consistently have the work required to meet the overall Company Vision. Convert leads into customers and quotes into work orders. Utilize implement and improve the Sales Playbook to provide structure clarity and repeatability in the Sales Department. Leverage technology and resources to enhance process efficiency in order to help the Leadership team keep margins in line with company goals. Create implement and execute plans to move into new markets while maintaining existing markets. This position will have a cold calling team supporting their efforts. This position will be required to make sales calls as needed to hit the required metrics.
Key Experiences and Skills for this position include:
Organizing and leveraging CRM to promote efficiency
Understanding of software automations and utilizing AI
Identifying and developing new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Review and improve the quality of calls made by the cold calling team
Data analysis with weekly monthly quarterly and annual reporting
Outstanding customer service and clientfocused approach
Determination to chase competitively and close contracts with new customers
Attention to detail to document and improve processes
