Sales and Customer Acquisition

As a Sales Representative with Stephen Diorio - State Farm Agent, your key responsibilities will include:


  1. Engaging with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and recommending personalized insurance and financial products that suit their unique requirements.
  2. Proactively seeking out new business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement.
  3. Conducting comprehensive consultations with customers to identify their coverage needs and presenting suitable solutions in a clear and understandable manner.
  4. Building strong and lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  5. Working closely with our team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.


Qualifications

To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:


  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but we encourage individuals with a genuine passion for sales and a determination to succeed to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey insurance concepts and provide top-notch customer service.
  • A strong commitment to providing outstanding service and building long-term relationships with clients.
  • A self-motivated and goal-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with insurance products and industry practices will be advantageous.

Work Schedule

We operate on a weekday schedule from 9AM to 5PM, and on Saturdays from 9AM to 12PM.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. This is a competitive salary, and we offer opportunities for career growth and advancement within the agency. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off and a supportive and collaborative work environment.
