About the Role

">

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating schedules, identifying and tracking materials, working with project managers to resolve issues, and maintaining financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Create a schedule during project set up and sub-bidding that reflects the project strategy and is sufficient to estimate from and to purchase subcontractors.
  • Identify, track, and procure all necessary materials ensuring they arrive as needed and inline with the project schedule.
  • Work with Project Managers to resolve any lead-time problems or set-backs and keep all appropriate parties in the loop regarding project implications.
  • Maintain current financial reports to quickly identify potential and existing issues.
  • Develop and maintain positive client and subcontractor relationships through established strong communication in regards to responsibilities, changes and issues as well as following up on requests in a timely manner.

Requirements:

">
  • 2-5+ years of construction experience
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related preferred
  • Project experience in life sciences, tenant interiors, multifamily or related preferred
  • Strong written and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
