Clinical Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Clinical Project Coordinator to join our team at Relay Therapeutics, a clinical-stage precision medicines company. This role is ideal for a motivated and organized individual with 1-2 years of experience in clinical trial coordination.
In this position, you will provide critical support to the execution of clinical trials, ensuring timely completion and compliance with regulatory guidelines and ICH/GCP standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including CROs and vendors, to implement operational plans and maintain study trackers.
A strong understanding of GCP and ICH Guidelines is essential for success in this role. If you have excellent communication skills, a creative problem-solving approach, and experience with MS Office products, we encourage you to apply.
About the Role:
- Support day-to-day operations of clinical trial execution, including site start-up, study participant enrollment, and monitoring.
- Coordinate with CROs and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain study trackers and provide metrics as needed.
- Assist with vendor and site invoice review, budget management, and tracking.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in clinical trial coordination.
- Familiarity with GCP and ICH Guidelines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with MS Office products (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint).
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
