About the Opportunity\

We are excited to offer a highly competitive salary of $85,000 - $100,000 per year for this role. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects and develop your skills in live event production, corporate video production, and audio-visual technology.

Requirements:\
  • \
  • 3+ years of experience in live event production, event coordination, broadcast, audio/visual and video production, or another similar field.\
  • 1+ years of experience in onsite, virtual, and hybrid live events.\
  • Database and scheduling management.\
  • Knowledge of traditional event production, broadcast, and digital equipment.\
  • A keen eye for detail with a knowledge of what creatively works well for broadcast production.\
  • Ability to work independently and be self-reliant in the execution of daily responsibilities.\
  • Ability to maintain composure and a positive attitude during high-pressure situations.\
  • Ability to communicate challenging aspects to clients while maintaining a high level of confidence and leadership.\
  • Track record of being organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and working well in a team atmosphere, as well as having the capability to work well individually.\
  • Strong work ethic, self-direction, self-motivation, patience, persistence, and perspective.\
  • Excellent collaboration and customer relationship skills with the understanding of the importance of white glove service.\
  • Consistent proactive preparation and timely responses to multiple channels of communication.\
