Key Responsibilities:

  1. Efficiently manage and process customer orders within the SAP system to ensure timely delivery of products.
  2. Maintain accurate customer information and special requests in the Customer Master Data records.
  3. Coordinate logistics and delivery between customers and production facilities, requiring familiarity with LANXESS logistics protocols.
  4. Review and validate special pricing requests for compliance with current terms and conditions.
  5. Investigate and resolve customer deductions, identifying root causes to prevent recurrence.
  6. Communicate inventory issues to the Supply Chain Manager and Inventory Planner, ensuring alignment with customer delivery expectations.
  7. Document customer complaints and implement corrective actions for shipping, billing, and inventory issues.
  8. Foster strong relationships with external clients to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management, with a preference for candidates possessing five years of relevant experience. Equivalent industry experience will also be considered.

Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems within a manufacturing context is essential, along with a working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.

The role demands excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills, alongside strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities. A solid understanding of business and market dynamics, as well as technical knowledge of LANXESS products, is beneficial.

Experience in international logistics and familiarity with export compliance regulations are advantageous.
