We are a leading manufacturer of eco-friendly consumer products, specializing in wood pellets for various applications, including home heating, grilling, animal bedding, and even cat litter. Our mission is to create sustainable solutions by transforming recycled sawdust into valuable resources.

Your Role:
  • Operate and maintain packaging equipment used in the production process.
  • Work closely with machinery that compresses wood by-products, ensuring efficient operation and safety protocols.
  • Monitor and record bale weights, maintaining accurate documentation of daily activities.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on packaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues and maintain a smooth workflow.
Your Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments is highly valued.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to concentrate for extended periods.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended durations.
