We are in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Service Operations Coordinator/Cashier for D'Addario Auto Group. As a family-owned business with over five decades of experience, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service in the automotive industry.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday from 7:45 AM to 4:45 PM, with alternating Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. (Includes one half-day during the week when working Saturdays)
Compensation
Hourly wage ranging from $17.00 to $21.00, commensurate with experience.

- Assist in the cashier office as required, typically covering at least two hours daily and full days on Saturdays.
- Manage incoming phone calls.
- Process payments for Service and Parts customers.
- Handle cash receipts.
- Perform additional clerical tasks as directed.
- Collaborate with Service Advisors and Service Technicians within our Service Department.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone:
- Provide helpful recommendations.
- Schedule service appointments.
- Document detailed notes and work to resolve customer issues.
- Follow up with Advisors regarding customer concerns and new appointments.
- Confirm appointments with customers through follow-up calls.
- Track rental vehicles and maintain communication with the Service Manager.
- Close internal or warranty repair orders as necessary.
- Support the Service Cashier office for two hours daily (and on rotating Saturdays):
- Prepare coffee for the Service Lounge at 8:00 AM.
- Process payments and finalize repair orders and parts tickets.
- Take on additional responsibilities to assist Service Advisors:
- Document repair orders, engage with customers, and promote our brand.
- Manage clerical duties for the Service Department.
