Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in generating and assigning project work orders for contractors.
- Upload and update contractor data in Smartsheets.
- Support administrative tasks, including communication with Account Managers and Customers to provide project updates.
- Ensure timely shipment of equipment according to deadlines.
- Collaborate with the Fulfillment team to manage equipment warranty Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs).
- Engage with suppliers and contractors to obtain installation quotes and unit replacements.
- Assist in project closeout and all related verifications.
- Work alongside the Service team to monitor and address installation-related warranty issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective documentation, reporting, and follow-up on installation-related matters.
- Provide general support on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and customers.
- Proficiency in standard Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in business administration.
- Compensation: $34.50/hour (Non-exempt).
