Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Process, Estimating & Proposal Engineer for our Welding Division. This role will report directly to the Director of Processing & Estimating and will collaborate within a dedicated team of 3-5 professionals.

The primary focus of this position is to support North American initiatives and new Request for Quotation (RFQ) opportunities. Occasional travel may be necessary. A background in controls design and build is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
As part of the Welding Sales Team, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and responding to new project RFQs, customer inquiries, and engineering modifications.
  • Compiling processes, layouts, and project proposals for submission to clients.
  • Maintaining an updated log of new welding opportunities and assisting in prioritizing quotes.
  • Managing multiple projects, meetings, and daily tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborating with internal project teams on commercial needs and support once a project is initiated.
  • Participating in sales and marketing meetings, as well as internal training sessions as required.
  • Demonstrating a willingness to learn and work both in the office and occasionally at customer facilities.

Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a Technical Degree, preferably in Welding, along with knowledge in Mechanical and Controls aspects.
