Weld System Project Engineer

Lincoln Electric is seeking a highly skilled Weld System Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative welding solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Support the engineering team in the design and development of welding systems and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of welding systems with other manufacturing processes.
- Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including cycle time charts and layouts.
- Conduct process validation and improvement activities to ensure optimal welding performance.
- Provide technical assistance to mechanical engineering project engineers and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain formal cycle time charts and process documents.
- Collaborate with the simulation group to ensure accurate simulation and modeling of welding processes.
- Engineering degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical, proposal, and estimating, as well as engineering and weld system design.
- Proficiency in Inventor and/or 3D ACAD.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and control prints.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
