About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Jobot, a leading aerospace component manufacturing company. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating complex machinery to produce high-quality components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate 3, 4, and 5-axis machine centers to machine parts in accordance with current process router and work instructions.
  • Verify part conformance per work instructions and record required dimensions on a record sheet.
  • Set up recurring production parts on machine centers and monitor and adjust cutting tools.
  • Work directly with the programming and quality departments to resolve program issues.
  • Review new programs prior to start in CAD program system or CAD program verification system.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of machining experience.
  • Ability to use dimensional measuring tools, including micrometer, calipers, pin gages, and bore gages.
  • Advanced knowledge of G and M codes for CNC machines.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and application of GD&T.
  • Experience with probing and variable assignments.
  • Previous set-up and prove-out experience.
