Enterprise Account Director

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team at Adobe, where you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets through the sale of Adobe's Digital Marketing product lines to our largest customers in the FSI industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels, including C-suite executives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Support, Engineering, and Marketing, to deliver customer solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry expertise and thought leadership
- Manage large, complex sales processes, including deal desk, product marketing, and product support
- Lead and collaborate with external partners, including tech partners and system integrators
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the FSI industry
- Strong understanding of digital experience technologies and SaaS solutions
- Validated sales excellence and creative problem-solving approach
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, partnering with other Adobe teams
At Adobe, we offer a competitive total target compensation (TTC) package, including a base salary and commission, as well as short-term and long-term incentives. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
