JOB SUMMARY:

The primary goal of this role is to support PATH's mission of empowering individuals to lead more independent and fulfilling lives by being a valuable team member. This position involves creating comprehensive reports related to compliance, overseeing the completion of necessary clearances, and ensuring accurate documentation for successful auditing and credentialing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience with an Associate's degree or 2 years with a Bachelor's degree, demonstrating increasing responsibilities in HR. Experience in a Human Resources department is preferred.
  • Proficient in HR software, such as HRIS or HRMS, with ADP experience preferred. Strong PC skills and proficiency in Excel are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Generate notifications for employee evaluations, child abuse clearances, health assessments, FBI fingerprinting, driver licenses, and certifications on a monthly basis, distributing them to the relevant supervisors via the designated system.
  2. Assist in obtaining child abuse clearances, criminal history checks, transcripts, and any necessary credentialing documents for both new hires and existing staff.
  3. Prepare overdue reports for Executive Council members regarding evaluations, clearances, health assessments, fingerprinting, and driver licenses monthly and upon request using ADP reports.
  4. Compile a summary of Human Resources Actions for the Administrative Committee of the Board of Directors, Fiscal, and various Human Resources staff members utilizing ADP.
