We are looking for a meticulous and proactive HR Coordinator to support our operations at Novatae Risk Group, a leader in the Wholesale Insurance industry. In this role, you will undertake various administrative responsibilities to enhance the efficiency of the HR department. This position offers flexibility with options for hybrid or remote work arrangements. The successful candidate will possess outstanding organizational capabilities and the discretion to manage sensitive information appropriately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement plans and timelines to synchronize activities across teams to achieve strategic goals.
  • Oversee personnel records while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Recognize and mitigate potential risks within various departments.
  • Foster relationships within human resources divisions.
  • Facilitate clear communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure that policies are effectively disseminated throughout the organization.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar capacity.
  • Familiarity with HR functions and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is advantageous.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with care.
