We are looking for a meticulous and proactive HR Coordinator to support our operations at Novatae Risk Group, a leader in the Wholesale Insurance industry. In this role, you will undertake various administrative responsibilities to assist the Human Resources department. This position offers flexibility with hybrid or remote work options. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organizational capabilities and the discretion to manage sensitive information appropriately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate strategies and schedules to synchronize activities across teams to achieve goals.
  • Oversee employee records and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
  • Recognize and mitigate potential risks within various departments.
  • Foster relationships within human resources divisions.
  • Facilitate effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Guarantee that policies are clearly communicated throughout the organization.
Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar capacity.
  • Understanding of HR operations and best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS systems is advantageous.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive information with care.
