Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Talent and Culture Development to join our team at AccorHotel. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of talent acquisition and onboarding strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition and onboarding plans to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Design and implement innovative onboarding programs to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top candidates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers and employees on talent management best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and onboarding.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing talent acquisition and onboarding strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
