This remarkable position offers a competitive salary range of $144k to $188k on a direct hire basis and entails full-time engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Business Unit with all HR needs
  • Providing employee relations and performance management assistance
  • Evaluating HR trends and metrics
  • 7-14 years of genuine HR BP experience is essential for this role
  • A Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred
  • Significant experience in employee relations is crucial
  • Expertise in professional development is required
  • Previous experience in the Entertainment, high fashion, cosmetics, or media sectors is highly advantageous
