Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Scheduler to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating daily scheduling for hourly Union employees, ensuring seamless production and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans based on demand, inventory levels, and production capacity to ensure optimal stock holdings and minimize labor variances.
  • Scheduling and Posting: Create and post daily schedules for hourly Union employees, including overtime and weekend shifts, to meet production demands.
  • Labor Relations: Collaborate with labor unions to ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements and resolve any labor-related issues.
  • Inventory Management: Analyze inventory levels, identify trends, and implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce stockouts.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and implement lean manufacturing principles to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in production planning, inventory management, or a related field; experience in lean manufacturing and TPM a plus.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and technical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $65,000 - $73,000 per year.
