Education/Experience/Certifications:
Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent experience.
Generally, two years or less in print or digital production, customer service, or a related field.
A valid Driver's License and a record of safe driving practices are required.

Job Level:
Entry-level Technical Support - This position requires relevant licenses/training certifications. Basic skills in analytical or technical processes are necessary. Work is performed under close supervision and adheres to quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Key Duties:
- Printing Services: Receives training and executes the production of automated printing and mailing of communications under supervision. Typically works within the print or mail operations, assisting in fulfilling internal printing and finishing orders. Learns to utilize various software, hardware, and machinery for producing reports, presentations, and other communication materials in both digital and print formats. Finished work is reviewed by senior colleagues to ensure quality and customer satisfaction, following all quality control processes to comply with relevant regulations.
- Equipment and Supplies: Performs routine maintenance on hardware under supervision. Places service calls for hardware and software issues as needed and maintains accurate logs of system downtime and vendor resolutions. Monitors and manages onsite inventory of printing materials and supplies.
- Team Support: Collaborates with the production team to meet daily schedules and production targets; fills in as necessary to ensure production needs are met. Adheres to all safety protocols and escalates issues as required.

Attendance Requirements:
- Ability to follow a pre-established schedule, including start/stop times and breaks.
- Willingness to work long hours and variable schedules.
- Ability to report to work during severe weather conditions.
- Consistently meets attendance standards for reliable, predictable, full-time attendance.

Physical Capabilities:
- Driving/Travel: Daily travel within service territory - Frequently (at least once a week or more)
- Lifting/Pushing/Pulling: Up to 50 lbs.
- Carrying: Up to 50 lbs.
- Balance: Ability to navigate unstable surfaces and confined spaces.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Basic knowledge of automated printing applications and equipment, including cut-sheet and continuous-feed production printing solutions, mail-inserting equipment, and associated software.
- Familiarity with printing and mailing industry practices.
- Understanding of relevant USPS rules and regulations.
