Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Hanger, Inc. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Lower Peninsula of Michigan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including physicians, institutions, and allied health professionals
  • Conduct sales calls, in-services, and other business development activities to generate new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with Hanger Clinic teams to develop and implement sales and growth plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Valid driver's license and driving record within Hanger's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures
