About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Hanger, Inc. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the Lower Peninsula of Michigan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand existing referral sources
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, institutions, and allied health professionals
  • Conduct sales calls, in-services, and other business development activities to generate new leads and close sales transactions
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business plans, sales strategies, and marketing initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets Hanger's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures
