We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Hanger, Inc. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the Lower Peninsula of Michigan.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand existing referral sources
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, institutions, and allied health professionals
- Conduct sales calls, in-services, and other business development activities to generate new leads and close sales transactions
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business plans, sales strategies, and marketing initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets Hanger's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures
