About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the Central Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue in the feeding systems and solutions market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including sales growth and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and plans.
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Manage and grow large OEM and user relationships and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience.
  • 3 years of feeding/automation and handling exposure.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, strong initiative, and good judgment, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proven understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel 30% - 50% with overnight and extended travel days within the assigned territory.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proficient use of Salesforce.
