Customer Experience Director

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional member experiences
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
What We Offer
- Competitive annual base compensation range: $65,000 - $75,000
- Eligibility for up to $11,000 in performance-related bonus pay
