Key Responsibilities
- Help lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Monitor and control food and labor costs to ensure profitability
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regular customers
- Communicate effectively with the back office team and regional director
- Take ownership of the cafe's aesthetic and operational aspects
- Provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance
- Participate in marketing initiatives to promote the business
- Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and special events
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
