Amo Realty is a boutique real estate brokerage that generates over 20 real estate opportunities weekly. We are currently looking to staff our new office in Honolulu, with the potential to take on leads throughout Oahu.
Our Proven Strategy:
We focus on high-volume leads. One of our agents successfully closed a $22 million transaction from our leads. Our sustainable lead generation system is tailored for a select group of agents, as we aim to maintain a small team in Oahu (approximately 2-3 agents).
About Amo Realty:
Established in Boston in 2007 (with Boston City Properties as our inaugural office), we have expanded our presence nationally, currently operating 13 small offices across various states.
Lead Generation:
We provide a minimum of 20 leads weekly, sourced from diverse channels. Our lead generation system has remained unchanged since 2007 and is designed for a small team. We focus on residential leads.
Residential Leads:
We receive a substantial influx of residential buyer leads from various sources, including Zillow. While we do occasionally offer seller leads, our primary focus is on buyer leads.
Commercial Leads:
Our commercial leads primarily consist of inquiries for leasing office spaces, restaurants, retail, industrial properties, and more. We also cater to larger commercial investor leads.
Training:
Our system is most effective for agents with some prior experience. We offer training focused on leveraging technology to attract clients and implementing drip campaigns for effective follow-up.
Compensation Structure:
Agents receive clients at a 50/50 commission split. For agents' own leads, the split starts at 75% for the first three years. A $5,000 cap system applies to agents' own leads after three years. Following this period, agents retain 100% of their earnings for the remainder of the year after reaching the $5,000 threshold, with a 75/25 split thereafter. Company leads continue at a 50/50 split, and agents who buy or sell their own properties receive a 100% commission.
There are no desk fees, monthly fees, or transaction fees involved.

Commitment:
We value loyalty and stability. Our lead system thrives on low turnover rates. We have a long-standing team, with our first agent from 2007 still with us. We seek agents who are dedicated to closing sales and committing to our company for the long term.
Requirements:
A valid Hawaii Real Estate License is strictly required.
