Your primary responsibilities will include outreach, appointment scheduling, and nurturing relationships with potential agents to encourage them to consider our organization.

As a recruiter, you will oversee the comprehensive recruiting, retention, and onboarding processes at Pineapple Homes. This encompasses agent outreach, lead generation, interviewing, onboarding, organizing agent events, and evaluating new agents' progress to ensure alignment with our company culture.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus on two main objectives: 1. New Agent Enrollment Goals 2. Agent Onboarding & Progression
  • Generate leads, meet with, and follow up with prospective agents to join Pineapple Homes.
  • Develop and refine procedures and checklists for various business areas, including the recruitment process, and engage in weekly discussions to identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuously enhance our agent onboarding process.
  • Maintain accountability with the team by tracking agent sign-ups, meetings, and leads.
  • Foster a positive experience for agents, as our clients are also real estate professionals. Supporting them in achieving their sales objectives through our systems and processes is essential.
  • Utilize social media effectively to connect with agents and promote Pineapple Homes through your personal channels.
  • Initiate projects and seek support when necessary for tools and resources.
  • Lead the development of innovative systems and ideas.
  • Mentor and assist new agents during their onboarding, providing training on systems and holding them accountable for their tasks.
  • Manage your schedule effectively using a calendar to ensure proper time management.
  • Be prepared to meet agents outside of standard hours while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
  • Understand that this role may evolve, potentially incorporating support from a part-time virtual assistant for outreach and communication tasks.

Weekly Responsibilities:

  • Provide weekly updates to the team on:
  • Number of new agent interviews conducted.
  • Progress of agent onboarding: Who is excelling? Who requires additional support?

Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Establish monthly goals for agent onboarding and events.

Additional Expectations:

  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
  • Compensation includes a base salary of $48,000 annually, plus commissions based on successful recruitment of productive agents, with potential earnings ranging from $60,000 to $90,000 based on performance.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 1 year in the real estate sector preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver presentations on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Identify and recruit new agents through various communication methods to meet business growth demands.
  • Post job openings on major job boards to attract a steady stream of qualified applicants.
  • Establish a scalable vetting process for new candidates to ensure they meet our standards.
  • Manage the hiring process, coordinate interviews, and provide recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate suitability.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in real estate recruitment, inside sales, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with online job posting platforms.
  • A college degree is required.
