Pineapple Homes is seeking a dedicated full-time real estate recruiter to identify promising agents for our organization. Your responsibilities will include outreach, appointment scheduling, and nurturing relationships with agents to encourage their interest in our firm.
As a recruiter, you will oversee the complete recruiting, retention, and onboarding journey at Pineapple Homes. This encompasses agent outreach, lead generation, interviewing, onboarding, organizing agent events, and evaluating new agents' progress to ensure they align with our culture. You will also assist in planning and facilitating new agent events such as training sessions and workshops.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on two main objectives: 1. New Agent Recruitment Goals 2. Agent Onboarding & Progression
- Engage with potential agents through lead generation and follow-up meetings.
- Establish and refine procedures and checklists for various business areas, including the recruitment process. Weekly meetings will be held to discuss areas for improvement.
- Continuously enhance our agent onboarding experience.
- Maintain accountability with the team by tracking agent sign-ups, meetings, and leads.
- Foster a positive environment and enhance the agent experience, recognizing that our clients are also real estate professionals.
- Utilize social media to create a personal brand presence and engage with agents, sharing content related to Pineapple Homes.
- Proactively manage projects and seek assistance when necessary.
- Lead the development of innovative systems and ideas.
- Mentor and support new agents during their onboarding, providing training on systems and processes.
- Organize and manage your schedule effectively to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
- Be aware that the role may evolve, potentially including the assistance of a part-time virtual assistant for outreach tasks.
Weekly Responsibilities:
Provide updates to the team, including:
- The number of new agent interviews conducted.
- Progress of agent onboarding and areas needing attention.
Monthly Responsibilities:
- Establish monthly goals for agent onboarding and events.
Additional Requirements:
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license are necessary.
- Compensation includes a base salary of $48,000 annually plus commissions based on successful recruitment of productive agents, with potential earnings ranging from $60,000 to $90,000.

Key Duties:

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate recruitment or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with online job posting platforms.
- A college degree is required.
